We are so excited to be sharing the news that one of our valued clients, Narellan-based termite specialist company, Pestec, was announced the winner of both NSW and Australian Pest Manager of the Year 2015 at the industry awards dinner held on the Gold Coast on 14^th August. 

The awards recognise and reward a pest management business that operates to the highest possible standard and represents the industry in a way in which it can be proud.  Nominated businesses are judged by a panel of industry experts on their ability to demonstrate excellence and innovation in key areas of business professionalism, including Leadership, Staff Development, Marketing, Customer Service and Technical Expertise.

It’s the second year in a row that Pestec has won the state award and this year they received the additional recognition of being named the best in the country. 

Owner, Rowan Gregson said, “We are really chuffed to receive this award considering we are a relatively small company and we were up against many larger and more established businesses.”  Rowan said that a focus on consistent and professional service delivery is one of the keys to their business success.  “Much of our business comes from repeat customers and referrals and that is a great testament to the commitment of all our team members to deliver the best possible service,” he said.
